I was born in Australia and spent most of my childhood in WA. I studied Medicine at Queen’s University of Belfast in 1993. During my undergraduate training I completed my medical elective in Darwin Royal Hospital, Royal PerthHospital, Alice Springs Hospital and had the privilege of experiencing The Royal Flying Doctor Service. This gave me a wonderful insight of rural Australia.
After completing my hospital training in the UK and obtaining Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology DRCOG and Diploma in Mental Health with Distinction, I entered specialist training in General Practice and was awarded MRCGP with Distinction in 2000. I have been a full time GP Principal, GP Trainer and Clinical Tutor in Northern Ireland for the last 16 years.
My passion for cosmetic medicine lead me to open my own aesthetic clinic 11 years ago. I love the combination of medicine, art and beauty. My ethos is to combine the best quality products to obtain natural outstanding results. Skin quality is integral to achieving these results and I have extensive experience and prescriptive treatments to achieve strong, healthy, clear skin for my clients troubled with wrinkles, pigmentation, acne, rosacea and volume loss.
I enjoy helping all my patients by listening carefully to all concerns and together agreeing on a treatment plan based on best medical evidence.
I returned to Australia in December 2016 with my GP husband and family and we have all loved everyday here since.
