What do you enjoy most about being a Doctor at the Corowa Medical Centre? I enjoy working with people, being able to support them as best I can, knowing that my efforts are valued. I also enjoy the new challenges that happen every day. Being a Doctor at Corowa Medical Centre means I get to work with great staff in a fantastic facility.
Do you have any special qualifications or areas of interest? I have been providing anaesthetics for almost 30 years, and have a special interest in cardiology.
When did you join the practice? I joined the Corowa Medical Centre in 1993. Prior to this, I worked at various hospitals in Newcastle. From 2006 to 2008, I worked at Alice Springs Remote Communities and Alice Springs Hospital.
What are your qualifications? I graduated from Newcastle University in 1989. My qualifications include BMeD, FRACGP, FACRRM.
Tell us something else about yourself. I have a partner, two adult children and an adopted ten-year old daughter from China. I like traveling and going for challenging walks. Lately, I have dabbled in yoga and rowing ( in the over 60 “awesome foursome”).
