Dr Harry Stalewski is a Paediatric Surgeon and Urologist, specialising in Neonatal surgery, all aspects of paediatric urology and gynaecology, paediatriic plastic procedures, paediatric burns, paediatric trauma surgery, head and neck surgery children and treatment of anorectal anomalies.
He holds a Associate Professor, MBBS, FRACS.
Dr Stalewski trained in Queensland followed by post Fellowship training in Adelaide and the UK. Dr Stalewski is conversant with all aspects of Paediatric Surgery and has special interests in Paediatric Urology, neonatal surgery,Paediatric Plastics and paediatric burns. Townsville is the regional centre for all paediatric burns in North Queensland. Dr Stalewski is also the Chairperson of the Queensland branch of the Australia and New Zealand Association of Paediatric Surgeons (ANZAPS), a member of the Executive of ANZAPS and a representative of ANZAPS to Medicare. Dr Stalewski is also the Paediatric Surgical representative on the National Prosthetics Advisory Board and Associate Professor at James Cook University Medical School.
