I have been a General Practitioner in the Victoria Park – Carlisle area since 1979. I went to the university of WA Medical school and subsequently was an Intern at SCGH and Hollywood and later at KEMH for women and then worked at Meekatharra with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and later with the Red Cross Blood Bank.
I have had the great pleasure of watching many of my younger patients grow up to be parents themselves and continue to care for their families. I enjoy caring for older folk in our community and have visited Aged Care Facilities in the area for over thirty years. I have a wide interest in all aspects of GP work: babies, children, teens, young adults and the not so young. I support Variety. (the children’s charity)
My other interests are oriental rugs, antique glass, motoring and a small garden.
I have been known to smile but rarely when my photo is taken.
