Dr Gillian is an experienced GP, graduating from the University of Dundee Scotland , in 1990 . Since this time, she has enjoyed working in North Yorkshire , Regional Australia and the Gold Coast . Throughout this time she has been involved in teaching medical students - both Australian graduates and international medical graduates and she is currently an examiner for the Royal College of General Practitioners .
She loves the outdoor lifestyle of the Gold Coast - especially walking , both the beach and hinterland . In the Burleigh area she is definitely not keen on surfing or swimming due to a fear of sharks however the close locality to shoe shops is a major bonus!
Dr Gillian is compassionate, caring and offering patient centred care , with close liaison to all other health care professionals , carers , organisations and individuals whom are involved in creating the health of her patients .
Dr Gillian is interested in consulting patients in the areas of: Women’s Health, Antenatal Care, Pediatrics, Chronic disease Management, Mental health, Men’s health, Rheumatological conditions, Health promotion as well as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, LGBT and Sexual Health.
