Dr Georgia Blunt (MBBS, FRACGP, Dip RANZCOG) studied at the University of Western Australia and graduated in 1994. She subsequently completed her GP training in 2000 and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practictioners. Dr Blunt has a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is interested in women’s health and shared antenatal care (no deliveries.) She also has an interest in paediatrics but would describe herself as a generalist, practicing all aspects of general practice. Dr Blunt’s first job was at Fremantle Hospital where she completed an internship. Over the next 10 years Dr Blunt worked in Darwin and the Northern Territory both at the hospital and then in General Practice, including aboriginal health and teaching roles. She relocated back to Perth and for the last 10 years and has been working at Point Walter Medical Centre.
