Erin completed her chiropractic degree in Melbourne in 2005 and eagerly returned home to Sale to work at McMillan Chiropractic Centre. She has a passion for seeing babies, children and pregnant women and draws on her experience as the mother of two gorgeous young boys. Since graduating, Erin has undertaken extensive post-graduate studies in paediatrics including a 160-hour 10 module certificate in Paediatrics for the Family Chiropractor, and is currently enrolled in a further two year 6 module certificate in Paediatrics.
Erin loves running and competing in triathlons. She also loves researching the latest trends in nutrition and using this knowledge to create yummy, nutritious food to raise a healthy and active family. Fueled by her passions and experience, Erin is extremely enthusiastic about creating a holistic approach to her patient’s health and providing wellness chiropractic care for the whole family. Hobbies – Travelling & Holidays are my favourite things to plan & experience, Exercise – especially running, Cooking nutritious delicious food, spending time with my husband & children, teaching my children good values Favourite Music/ Artist – My favourite song of all time is Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley, however I love the version sung by K.D. Lang; I love listening to music – mostly the top 20 hits but I enjoy all genres. It is certainly not unusual to have music playing in my house while my children and I dance and sing at the top of our lungs! Favourite books – The only books I have had time to read in the last 5 years relate to pregnancy, natural childbirth & parenting so I would have to say my favourite would be ‘Hypnobirthing by Marie Mongan’ as it has provided me with the most useful, practical information & has helped me to achieve two amazing birthing experiences! Favourite sports team – in AFL I support Essendon Bombers Places lived – Grew up in Sale then moved to Melbourne in 2001 to study chiropractic at University. Returned to Sale at the end of 2005 to start work at McMillan Chiropractic Centre. Education – Chiro & additional paediatric courses Countries visited – USA (& Hawaii), Thailand, Fiji, Cook Islands, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, England, Turkey, Maldives, Singapore, Malaysia, Monaco Life goals – To take a year off to travel around Australia in a caravan with my family; To return to the Maldives for my 10 year wedding anniversary; To keep healthy, happy & fit; To take the time to enjoy the journey of life & embrace each moment while I am in it rather than looking forward to what may lie ahead;
