Dr Emma Campbell is a locally trained part-time General Practitioner with interests in Lifestyle Medicine and Women’s Health. She is trained in the insertion and removal of contraceptive rods (Implanon) and IUDs (eg Mirena).

She knows that 70% of her patient’s health problems relate to poor diet and lifestyle habits and an obesity inducing environment. Emma is passionate about empowering people to make better choices about what they eat, how they move, and how they think. She works with her patients to enable them to live their best lives. Emma also works as a Surgical Assistant as she really enjoys the practical challenges of the operating theatre environment and the opportunity to work with her hands as well as her head. Emma works every second Monday for a full day and every Thursday for a half day. She accepts booked appointments for Lifestyle Medicine on Tuesdays after an initial general consultation. Lifestyle Medicine is for anyone ready to make changes to their life to prevent, treat and even reverse chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. It is also very appropriate for those carrying extra weight and keen to have more energy and balance in their lives
