Dr Douglas Randell joins our team as the Senior Medical Officer, bringing considerable travel medicine knowledge as well as tropical health and aeromedical retrieval experience. Dr Randell has worked as a medical officer in the Australian Army, an aviation specialist with Emirates, and a General Practitioner (GP) in North Queensland. Dr Randell has also worked as a primary healthcare physician in Papua New Guinea, East Timor, Nepal, India, and the UAE. He has worked with the World Health Organisation (WHO) on programs for mosquito-borne disease and intestinal parasites, and is a qualified diving medicine and aeromedical examiner.
