Dr Dick Beatty is a Queensland Vasectomist.
His ethos is simple: mix perfect technique with a relaxed environment.
His aim is to enhance the patient experience whilst optimising clinical outcomes.
He gained formal accreditation in no-scalpel vasectomy under the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare’s UK training programme in 2012. The method performed is The Full “No Scalpel” Technique with in-line cautery as detailed in the latest Vasectomy guidelines from The US Urology Association.
He is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians & Member of the Royal College of Physicians of London, and a fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
He performs over 1,500 vasectomies per year in clinics across Brisbane and The Gold Coast. He collects extensive data and publishes a summary of results on the website - see weblink below.
