Dr. Deepak Garg completed his psychiatry training in India and the United Kingdom. He worked the UK for 10 years before moving to Australia. In the UK, in addition to general psychiatry, he specialised in perinatal psychiatry (mental disorders during pregnancy and postnatal period), liaison psychiatry (mental disorders linked to physical health and neurological conditions) and chronic fatigue syndrome.
