Dr Deborah Neesham is a subspecialist Gynaecological Oncologist who has worked as a consultant in the Oncology and Dysplasia Unit at the Royal Women’s Hospital since 1998.She is actively involved in local, national and international research through the International Gynaecological Cancer Society (IGCS) and the Australia and New Zealand Gynaecological Oncology Group (ANZGOG). She is currently Chairman of the Gynaecological Oncology subspecialty committee at the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Chairman of the Victorian Gynaecology Oncology Group at the Cancer Council of Victoria. She was a member of the Board of Victorian Cytology Services for a period of 6 years up until 2007. She has recently joined the board of The Women’s Cancer Foundation and is looking forward to continuing her work in helping women to fight gynaecological cancers.
