Dr Danika Coates is an enthusiastic, highly knowledgeable paediatrician who relates well to all patients and their families. All her training was performed in Australia, mainly at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Adelaide. She is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She has a passion for working with disadvantaged families and with indigenous Australians. She has spent a vast amount of time visiting remote areas of Australia and offering paediatric support. She also has a special interest in genetics and is happy to take on the care of all general paediatric patients, and particularly those with any abnormal genetic profiles. Her heart remains in the Hills and she will provide most of her paediatric care from Mount Barker whilst also still visiting the city and Victor Harbor for clinics.
