I work with clients who are struggling to adjust to a chronic physical or mental health condition, and individuals who are going through a big change in their life, including after high school, finishing university, following a job loss or redundancy, getting married, having children, following a relationship break up or divorce, following the death of a loved one, or retirement.
My main areas of expertise are around sleep problems, recovery following trauma, relationship difficulties, identity issues, existential concerns and adjustment problems.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and focuses on assisting clients to achieve their goals whilst helping them to improve their overall health and psychological well-being.
