Claire is a psychologist with over 12 years of experience working in many different psychology and therapy contexts. She is an active communicator with extensive experience working with diverse client groups, both in one‑on‑one and in group settings. Through her training and professional career Claire has developed advanced skills in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, and narrative therapy, and strong capabilities in strengths focused approaches and intercultural engagement.

Claire has worked in both the government and non-government sectors. She has developed and managed community mental health programs both locally and internationally. Claire is also a coach with the constelation for life competence and as part of this invovlement has facilitated workshops internationally to develop knowledge and sklls of working alongside communites applying strength based approaches to address health and mental health issues.

Claire has an active interest in research having acted as supervisor or secondary supervisor to a number of research projects (undergraduate, masters and doctoral level). She has presented a number of papers at international conferences.

Claire is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and is registered to provide medicare, TAC and work cover psychological services.
