Dr Christine Mandrawa (Geriatrician)

Dr Christine Mandrawa works at St Vincent’s Health Melbourne as a Consultant Geriatrician on the Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) wards. She also works in the Continence Clinic and is the medical lead for the new GEM@Home program, which provides geriatric assessment and rehabilitation to patients in their home setting.

She has expertise in all areas of geriatric medicine with particular interests in dementia, delirium, frailty and appropriate prescribing. She enjoys teaching medical students and is a tutor with the University of Melbourne School of Medicine. She performs research with the National Ageing Research Institute. She is a member of the Safer Care Victoria Expert Working Group to “End PJ Paralysis” Christine is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, the Australian Medical Association, the International Continence Society and is on the Victorian committee of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Geriatric Medicine.
