Celeste has been a clinical psychologist since 2007 and has worked in both public and private settings. Celeste has considerable experience in the treatment of a range of mental health difficulties including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders and personality disorders.
She draws upon her training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy and mindfulness based approaches to create collaborative treatment plans with clients that address both the symptoms they are struggling with and the underlying patterns that drive these symptoms.
Celeste is passionate about developing authentic working relationships with her clients where they can feel safe and empowered. She has a warm, accepting and nurturing therapeutic style. Celeste can support individuals to develop new skills for managing difficult feelings, solving problems and managing relationships.
