Dr Catherine Cameron graduated from Adelaide University in 1982. She obtained her Diploma of Obstetrics while working at the Queen Victoria Hospital Rose Park followed by her Diploma of Anaesthetics at the Royal College of Surgeons in the UK. She is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. After training in Australia and the UK, Dr Cameron opened her first suburban general practice which she ran for 28 years. During this time she enjoyed a number of part-time roles at the WCH including the childrens’ emergency and antenatal clinic. Dr Cameron is passionate about family medicine especially working with young babies and new mothers with feeding difficulties.
