Dr Caroline West  is a GP and a Director of East Sydney Doctors. Caroline has a special interest in lifestyle medicine.  Her areas of expertise include nutrition, healthy lifestyle physical activity, behavioral changes, weight management, shared care for pregnancy, sleep, exercise, mental health, sexual health and preventative medicine. She enjoys keeping active with surfboard riding , cycling to work and kayaking . She also has a love of art and music (her passion for the ukelele is legendary).
