Dr Caroline Crabb is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in perinatal psychiatry.
Caroline currently works in a Psychiatry Consultant Consultation-Liaison role within a tertiary maternity and women’s hospital (King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women and Newborns) where she also works on the (inpatient psychiatric) Mother and Baby Unit. She has worked across several services within KEMH including the State WANDAS (Women and Newborn Drug and Alcohol Service), Genetics Service and Fetal-Maternal Medicine.
During her fellowship perinatal training, Caroline worked at the Fiona Stanley Hospital Mother and Baby Unit, the Rockingham and Peel Perinatal Mental Health Service and the St John of God Raphael Service.
Caroline previously worked for many years as a GP specialising in women’s health. She has presented on her field at local and international congresses and regularly teaches junior medical staff and allied health professionals as well as General Practitioner perinatal psychiatry workshops.
