After graduating from the University of Queensland in 1980 and completing his hospital placements in Brisbane, Dr Cassimatis and his wife moved to Tasmania, where he worked in rural general practice and accident & emergency A&E for 4 years.
After returning to Queensland he has now been in General Practice in Southport for the last 26 years and thoroughly enjoys the interaction with his patients.
