Dr Benjamin Rahmel is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Dr Ben Rahmel completed a Bachelor of Science in 1997 a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2003 and a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2010 all with the University of Queensland. Dr Rahmel completed all the requirements of basic surgical training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2007. This allowed him to gain experience in a broad range of surgical specialties. Having found an interest in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr Rahmel went on to complete his fellowship with the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons. He completed his training from 2011- 2014 while working at a number of Queensland hospitals. He is the owner and principal surgeon of Townsville Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and he also holds a position at the Townsville Hospital as a Staff Specialist.
