Dr Barry Venter has been practicing as a GP for 30 years. He completed his studies at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 1987 and spent 12 years in rural practice in Canada before relocating to Australia. Barry has also spent the last 10 years working as a skin cancer clinician, treating skin cancer as well as performing skin cancer surgery. In his general practice, Barry has a particular interest in men's and women's health, skin and cosmetics, occupational health, travel medicine, obstetrics, paediatrics, circumcision and diabetes. He further enjoys all aspects of general medicine.
