Dr Andrew obtained his fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017. His training was based in St George in Western QLD, where he gained experience in skin cancer management - with the sheer amount of skin cancers out in the bush. He graduated from medical school at the University of Western Australia in 2012, achieving a postgraduate degree in Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery. Dr Thant has a special interest in skin checks, skin cancer excisions, iron infusions and other minor procedures such as anti-wrinkle injections. He has also completed a Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Medicine.
