Ramsay Cairns is delighted to welcome Dr Arul, who is commencing private practice practice at Lotus Clinic, in rooms adjoining The Cairns Clinic. Dr Arul as she is known, will commence in September.
Arul started her psychiatric training in the UK before moving to Cairns.
She then moved down to the Gold Coast to complete her advanced training before moving back to Cairns. She is currently working at Cairns Hospital as a consultant psychiatrist in older person’s mental health and also as the consultant for electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).
Dr Arul is currently completing her Psychiatry of Old Age certificate with the Royal Australian and New Zealand college of Psychiatrist. She is committed to providing high level and evidence based care to the psychiatric patients.
Dr Arul is available for immediate consultation. Patients will be seen without delay for prompt assessment and treatment.
