Anne started working at Surf Coast Medical in 2000. She completed her medical degree at Monash University in 1989 and gained a range of additional qualifications in the 1990s, including a Diploma of Anaesthetics in England, a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Lismore (NSW) and GP training in the Northern Territory. She also completed a Masters of Public Health at James Cook University in the late 1990s. Anne and her family live in Torquay, where she enjoys checking the health of the surf on the local point breaks. She has a keen interest in the relationship between social connections and well-being, and was involved in starting the Surf Coast Life Activities Club. Anne enjoys the diversity of General Practice and helping people of all ages in all ways. She spends 2.5 days a week as a GP at Surf Coast. Anne is also the GP Liaison Officer for Epworth Geelong Private Hospital one day a week and does skin checks for half a day every week at the Epworth BodyRecon.
