Dr Anna Paling has 15 years of experience in general practice on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and is a fellow of the RACGP. She enjoys all aspects of general practice especially the unique opportunity it provides for long term connection with patients as they journey through life. She has had a long standing passion for women’s health and has completed further education in this area with an Advanced Certificate of Women’s Health. She enjoys supporting women through menopause, talking contraception, optimising health in the context of PCOS and weight concerns, and empowering women to achieve their best health and wellness. Dr Paling is experienced in family medicine and paediatrics. She can support the journey from pregnancy, to infancy and childhood, through growth, development, common illnesses and chronic conditions. Dr Paling has a strong interest in mental health. She approaches this holistically, balancing a lifestyle approach with medication and counselling strategies. She enjoys supporting adolescents through this sometimes challenging transition of life and has excellent rapport with young people and their families.
