It’s my pleasure to be part of a great team at Mooney Street Medical. Since my childhood I have always aspired to be a doctor and love to care and help others in achieving better health. I chose General practice because of the diverse presentations across all age groups and an opportunity to provide continuity of care and become an integral part of families. My special interests are child health, preventative medicine, women’s health and chronic disease management. I also hold a Diploma in Child health from the University of Sydney/Children’s hospital, Westmead and a Certificate course in Skin cancer medicine.
Before starting my career as a GP, I worked as a Senior Resident Medical Officer at Gosford Hospital in NSW where I have worked in various specialties like Geriatrics, Geriatric Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, General Medicine, General Surgery, Emergency and Psychiatry. I am married and mother of a two year old. Interested in exploring places, music and cooking.
