Dr Phillips is a UK-trained GP who moved to the sunshine coast 2 years ago. He enjoys all aspects of family medicine with a particular interest in the care of the elderly, chronic disease, medical education and all aspects of mental health. He aims to give patients the best possible understanding of their health conditions and involve patients as much as possible in decisions made about their treatment. Outside of medicine he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids and exploring the beaches and hinterland of the sunshine coast. Dr Phillips works 5 days a week and wants to retire at Maple Street Surgery. That’s a commitment to long term patient care!
