Dr. Andrew Cary has been in private specialist practice on the Gold Coast since 1993. He trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in major hospitals in South East Queensland, as well as a lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
Dr. Cary is particularly interested in Obstetrics including high-risk pregnancies, infertility, all aspects of IVF treatment and adverse pregnancy outcomes. He is also involved in all aspects of gynaecology surgery, especially with minimal access surgery.
He has been chairman of Pindara Day Procedure Centre since 2002, and has been a member of the Pindara Private Hospital Medical Board since 1994. Dr. Cary has extensive involvement with the clinical aspects of care at Pindara Hospital in his roles as Chairman of the Clinical Review Committee, and on the Accreditation and Credentialling Committee.
He enjoys sport and leisure with his family, with a particular passion for golf and snow skiing.
