I qualified from University College London in 2000, and knew very early on in my career that I wanted to be a GP. What I love about being a GP is the ability to offer holistic care to my patients with a focus on mental and preventative health for the whole family. Being a patient’s advocate and companion through some of the best and some of the hardest times in their lives is a true privilege. I enjoy the diversity of general practice but am particularly interested in dermatology having spent many years working in this field in the UK. More recently I have specialized in cosmetic dermatology. I also have a keen interest in Women’s and Children’s health. In my private life I enjoy spending time with my husband and young children on our small farm. Special interests include: Dermatology Women’s and Children’s health Antenatal shared care Minor surgical procedures including Implanon insertion and removal Anti wrinkle injections
