Amelia is a registered Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting children and adolescents with a range of social, emotional and behavioural concerns. Amelia is committed to working collaboratively with parents, schools and professionals to develop a shared understanding of presenting concerns and tailor supports to meet your child’s unique circumstances, needs and strengths.

Amelia has particular interest and experience in assessment and intervention for children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and developmental delay. Amelia offers intervention programs that focus on developing foundational social, emotional, communication and adaptive skills, managing behaviours of concern, and enhancing family resilience.

Amelia is able to provide comprehensive assessment to gain insight into your child’s development and functioning across cognitive, social, emotional and academic domains. Assessment can inform relevant diagnoses, identify strengths and difficulties, and guide intervention where required. All assessments are undertaken in conjunction with parents, schools and other professionals to ensure holistic and functional recommendations.

Amelia is warm, enthusiastic and creative in engaging children and creating a welcoming experience for families.

Amelia is a registered provider under Medicare Better Access Scheme and the Helping Children with Autism and Better Start Initiatives.
