Dr Tigg started her medical career in London, UK and moved to Australia in 2000 where she completed her paediatric training. She holds an MBBS from the University of London (Guy’s Hospital) and the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She has 20 years experience in general paediatrics, having worked at, amongst others, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London, Addenbrooke’s Hospital Cambridge, Guy’s Hospital London and more recently the Royal Women’s Hospital Melbourne, Royal Darwin Hospital and more recently Cairns Hospital . She specialises in all areas of general paediatrics and has a particular interest in developmental paediatrics and allergy. Her focus is on patient and family centred care.
