Dr Alison Latta initially joined ITH in 2010 and it is with great excitement that we are able to announce her impending return to Invitation to Health from 5 December, 2017. Dr Latta trained as an Integrative Medicine Doctor and was very popular with our patients when working with us in the past. Dr Latta has been a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners since 1993. She enjoys working with adults who struggle to prioritise self care. Dr Latta places strong focus on achieving realistic habit change, following acceptance of current limiting beliefs. Dr Latta uses coaching, mindfulness practices, physical embodiment practices, biomedical assessments, and targeted nutrient therapy.
