Dr Alison Gee is highly experienced and has been treating couples faced with infertility for 15 years - combining her medical expertise with a compassionate, caring and attentive approach to individual patients. She takes the time to listen to patients, explain medical procedures in easy-to-understand language and to make sure couples are informed about results and treatment decisions – often contacting them personally between appointments.

Alison provides individualised care for infertility and reproductive disorders - including male factor infertility, miscarriage management and preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) - and has a busy private practice in Sydney’s CBD.

Alison graduated from the University of Sydney in 1994 and obtained a Master of Reproductive Health and Human Genetics in 1999. She undertook specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology at Sydney’s Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and was awarded the College Medal in the membership examination in 2000.

In 2001, Alison joined Genea (then called Sydney IVF) as an accredited fertility specialist and in 2006 she achieved the sub-specialist Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI). Alison’s sub specialist training was undertaken at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Westmead Hospital and Sydney IVF.
