Aiyesha has experience across community and inpatient settings in public and private mental health and addiction services. Aiyesha utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based techniques, and Motivational interviewing. Aiyesha works with adults and young people from diverse backgrounds and with complex needs presenting with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders; borderline personality disorder and emotion regulation difficulties; self harm and suicidal thinking; trauma' psychosis; grief, loss and life adjustments; relationship and family issues; alcohol and drug problems; pain and management; and sleep difficulties.
