Dr Aida Stevenson is an experienced Family Doctor who sees patients at SmartClinics Taigum. Since 1993 Aida has worked part-time in General Practice and finds it very satisfying to be able to help people with such a large variety of health problems and concerns. She is proud to be a part of the SmartClinics Taigum team being surrounded by other doctors, nurses, and reception staff who strive to deliver high quality medical assessment and management with an exceptionally caring approach. Additionally, Aida has spent more than 20 years working as a medical educator, including teaching students at the University of Queensland School of Medicine. Dr Aida is also an Assistant Surgeon in Colorectal Surgery, specialising in minimally invasive surgery including robotics and works at Colorectal Diagnostics where she investigates cases of incontinence and other pelvic floor conditions. Aida is happily married and the proud mum of a teenage son who is now studying at university. Her favourite hobbies include sailing and snow skiing. Specialties: General Practice
