Dr Ahmed Al-Ali graduated from The Medical College of Babylon University, Iraq in 2003. He worked in different positions including general practice in Iraq before moving to Queensland in 2014.
In Queensland, he started working as General Practitioner in Gympie in May 2014 after completing his qualification and prework examinations, which lead to him achieving the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in July 2016. Overall, Dr Ahmed Al – Ali has more than 16 years of medical practice.
Special interest in Skin cancer medicine with a professional and advanced certificate in skin cancer medicine with regular skin check, Dermoscopy, biopsies and excisions. He also has a Certificate in Primary Care office Procedure including ingrowing toenail wedge resection, lipoma and sebaceous cyst excisions.
While enjoying spending time with his family, 14-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old boy, he even has wide experience in aged care, paediatric care, antenatal care, Coeliac disease, Hepatitis B virus management and chronic disease management.
