Cassandra is a caring and compassionate Psychologist who works to provide you with a safe and calming space to help reduce your distress, build your resilience and improve your connection to life.
Cassandra takes a holistic approach to understanding you as a person presenting with a problem, rather than focusing purely on the problem. She tailors the treatment to suit you as an individual and utilises Client Centred Play Therapy (CCPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
Cassandra has worked for over five years as an individual and group therapist in community health, private practice and a tertiary education setting. She has a special interest in working with women, youth and children, assisting them with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma and relationship difficulties.
