Comprehensive Neurological Care Victoria (CNC Victoria) is the leading provider of adult neurological care, in a private setting, in Melbourne’s Inner and North Western suburbs. The highly experienced team at CNC Victoria includes Neurologists, Neurosurgeons and a Neurophysiology Scientist. These specialist services are complimented by Neurophysiology diagnostic testing; EEG (Electroencephalography), NCS (Nerve Conduction Studies) and EMG (Electromyography). We pride ourselves on comprehensive, patient centred care and provide treatment for a wide range of neurological, muscle and nerve disorders. We have a pathology collection centre (Healthscope) in house, and there are four MRI scanners within a 5 kilometre radius - so all your diagnostic testing needs are taken care of.

Comprehensive Neurological Care Victoria was established in 2013 by Dr. Raju Yerra. After being based in the area for over 10 years, Dr. Yerra saw an acute need for a comprehensive neurological service in these regions of Melbourne. The Neurologists and Neurosurgeons at CNC Victoria specialise in general neurology, epilepsy, stroke, headache, neurophysiology, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, general neurosurgery, spinal disorders, brain tumours, cerebrovascular neurosurgery and movement disorders – catering to all age groups. CNC Victoria lives up to it’s name and provides well rounded care for all types of neurological disorders. The doctors at CNC Victoria are happy to see patients with work cover and TAC, and urgent/semi-urgent referrals are welcome.

Developed with a goal to provide easy access, plenty of parking and reduced average wait times, we strive to provide a comprehensive service under one roof to provide convenience and simplicity to our patients. The specialist team pride themselves on patient centred care and work in close association with General Practitioners and other specialists to provide patients with the highest quality comprehensive care.

All specialists have public hospital attachments in the region; these include the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Western General Hospital. Our specialists also have admitting rights to all the major private hospitals in the area, including John Fawkner Private Hospital, Brunswick Private Hospital and Melbourne Private Hospital. This allows us to provide seamless outpatient and inpatient services.

CNC Victoria is a privately run practice and fees are set according to the Australian Medical Association guidelines. However, considering the socio-economic status of the Northwest regions, the fees are set lower than recommended by AMA. Full payment of fees must be made on the day of consultation. Personal cheque, Card and Cash payments are all accepted. TAC and work cover patients must bring their claim details.
