On your first visit with us, we’ll ask you to complete a medical and dental history form. The form helps us understand any existing medical conditions, earlier dental work or medications you may be taking. This enables us to carefully tailor your treatment plan according to your needs and improve your treatment outcome.
We’ll take the time to speak with you in detail about any concerns or questions you may have regarding your teeth, jaw or gums. After that, we’ll perform a comprehensive review (which may include some x-rays) to help us understand your oral health.
When this is complete, we’ll put together a personalised plan. Before any work begins, we’ll explain this plan in detail. We want to make sure you’ve got all the information you need to make an informed decision about your treatment, including any costs involved.
