Arise Clinical Psychology (AriseCP) has significant experience in working with young people, ages 12 and up. Our psychologists have worked in both public and private sector environments. Some of these are: Youth Focus and Headspace, as well as government services such as Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), YouthLink, YouthReach South, Community Mental Health Services, and Hospital based inpatient services.
Our psychologists provide evidence-based treatments depending on the person’s needs. We use a number of psychological approaches based on each psychologist’s training dependent as well as the suitability for the client and the situation. These include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Behavioural Activation, Metacognitive Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
