Amara is a dual-qualified health professional who is both a Physiotherapist and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Amara has recently joined us after moving down from Brisbane where she has previous experience in private practice (inclusive of musculoskeletal, neurological, return to work and sports injury care). She enjoys social netball, triathlons, beach volleyball and cycling.
Amara has a special interest in lower limb injures, osteoarthritis care and rehab, post-op rehabilitation and rehabilitation of neurological conditions. She has also recently taken an interest to SIJ injuries. Amara is qualified in dry needling and equipment Pilates and loves running group exercise classes.
Amara is all about helping people get more active to improve their quality of life. If you don’t use it, you lose it!
