Trevor is NOT registered with AHPRA and therefore is not legally bale to practise as a psychologist in Australia. He is a fellow member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). He has a Batchelor of Arts and Batchelor of Education (Counselling) and has completed units of Masters in Clinical Psychology. Trevor is trained in the following evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Re-processing (EMDR), Relations, Self Psychology, Mindfulness, Psychotherapy, Family Therapy and Systems, ,Group Therapy, Employee Assistance Program, Medico Legal Report Writing, Third Party and Insurance work including Motor Vehicle Accidence, Work Place Injuries and Victims of Crime. Trevor exclusively treats males. This population is increasingly seeking specialised male focused interventions with mental health concerns, illness and issues. Trevor has had successful experience with past male clients with impulse control matters such as anger management, mood regulation, phobias, relationship distress, financial management, internet usage. Addictive behaviours including overuse of pain killers, illicit drugs, gambling and alcohol. Other clinical issues of concern are Post Traumatic Stress disorder (PTSD), Trauma, Ageing, Adjustment Disorder, Stress, Grief and Loss, Work related matters including injury, Motor Vehicle Accident and Medico Legal Report Writing. Trevor has worked in both private and public sectors with his own private practice of 28 years.
