They wanted to provide the latest and best state of the art cardiology care for their patients. Importantly, they wanted to do this in a relaxed and nurturing practice, for patients and staff alike. A practice where patients feel listened to, cared for and supported through a stressful time in their lives. They envisioned a fun and caring work environment where staff enjoys coming to work, feeling valued and stimulated, thus attracting the best talent.
Less than a year old, the practice is rapidly expanding, with additional services delivered in more locations by newly recruited staff. We even hope to welcome our first TCC baby in 2019!
Aside from our private practice Damon, Jamie and Olivier have a significant presence in the Public Health systems of Peninsula Health and Alfred Health. We do this because we believe in “giving back” to the system that trained us, but also because we are all heavily involved in training of future generations of doctors and medical research. It also allows us to provide equal care to our patients, with or without private health insurance.
With all three cardiologists being fathers with young families, we recognise the importance of ecological sustainability and we strive to minimise our impact on the environment. We value a healthy work-life balance for all our staff and we support diversity.
We are proud of what we achieved so far and hope that we can deliver our best possible service to you.
