Tiff completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy studies in 2017 at the University of South Australia. She then began working in a private practice in Adelaide for the following 3 years. She was lucky enough to experience working with people with many different presentations including: musculoskeletal, sporting and neurological injuries.
In addition to her work in the private practice, Tiff also worked in a rehabilitation centre that was mostly using a Lokomat – a robotic device that facilitates walking on a treadmill. In using this machine, Tiff learnt a lot about the gait cycle. She also participated in hydrotherapy and gym-based exercise rehabilitation on her days in the rehabilitation centre.
Tiff also has experience working with a female AFL football team as head physiotherapist in 2019 where she worked closely with an entire team of health professionals, including mentors and sports doctors. She is so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from such an incredible team.
Tiff also completed her Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation certificate in 2020 where she fell in love with clinical exercise. She thrives working with a group, helping people to learn to love exercise in a safe and supported environment.
Tiff is fascinated by the body and loves to educate others on their own bodies, she always looks at presentations from a holistic approach with empathy and compassion. Her goal is to help her patients feel safe, and that someone is completely on their side.
Tiff recently moved to the Sunshine Coast in March 2022 from Adelaide. She has been working in Aged Care Facilities across the Coast and is very excited to return to work in a private practice. Tiff also works in a Fitness-based Pilates Studio and absolutely loves this work.
