Sian is a Clinical Psychologist, having completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Tasmania. Sian is also a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Sian has experience working in the Department of Education, the private sector and currently works part-time at the Tasmanian Autism Diagnostic Service (TADS), where she conducts comprehensive autism assessments.
Her areas of interest include anxiety, stress, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and depression. Sian has a passion for working with children and adolescents in the therapeutic setting where she provides evidence-based psychological interventions. Sian also conducts a range of psychometric assessments, including cognitive, achievement, adaptive behaviour, memory and diagnostic assessments.
Sian aims to provide a warm and open environment for young people, in order to build rapport and thereby gain the most from the process of psychotherapy.
