Dr Julee La Mott is a Clinical Psychologist who trained in the United States and has been working in a group practice in Norwood, SA for the past year. Prior to moving to Australia, she spent the last few years working in private practice, following several years working in medical settings, community mental health clinics, college counselling centers, and academic settings. She provides individual, family, and couples therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She is skilled at working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief and loss, relationship issues, eating disorders, recent trauma as well as complex trauma.

Julee is warm, attentive, and understanding. She strives to provide a safe place for clients to explore thoughts, feelings, relationships, and personal experiences. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy and enjoys coming along side clients to assist them with making lasting changes. Julee is patient and engaging and often uses humour in therapy.

Julee also has extensive experience conducting psychoeducational, neuropsychological, and psychological evaluations. Her vast professional experiences have prepared her to work with a myriad of clientele presenting at varying stages in their current struggle. She uses various treatment modalities to treat the unique needs of each client and places great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship.
