Robyn has been a psychologist in private practice in Newport for over 20 years providing a caring centre for clients in the Western suburbs. Robyn is joining us at Wyndham also to provide individualized adult counselling and as an associate of Davidson Trahaire Corpsych and Drake Work Wise providing EAP and trauma briefings. Robyn brings a wealth of experience from her HR consultancy background having worked in government and private organizations in numerous industrial settings. This enables Robyn to successfully navigate TAC, WorkCover, DVA, Victims of Crime and ComCare. Robyn has been involved directly with research at Orygen Youth Health and the Western Hospital as well as policy formulation for the local GP Division. Robyn conducted the first public mental health forum for stakeholders in the Western suburbs of Victoria to bring about change in the mental health network of services. Robyn is passionate about delivering the highest level of care. By providing practical,providing practical, individualized,evidence based advice and is dedicated to her role in supporting the medical team in achieving the best outcomes for clients Robyn prefers to focus on finding solutions and strengthening each client to bring about positive change in their lives. Robyn believes that through respectful inquiry, full and frank discussion that a path towards dignity and integrity can be found leading to good mental health. Treatment modalities include: CBT, DBT, Solution Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness and Commitment Therapy
