I have 8 years of experience providing counselling as a Drug and Alcohol Counsellor and Psychologist. My experiences have provided me with opportunities to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and Indigenous Australians. I have experience in working with disadvantaged communities and approach my work by respecting and honouring the individual I’m working with. I use various approaches in therapy including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and DBT Skills Therapy.
